Refund Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
  1. Order once dispatched can't be cancelled
  2. A standard deduction to the tune 10% against banking and processing charges would be charged on each Cancellation
  3. Refund amount will be returned in the source account within 15 working days of cancel request
Order Refund policy
  1. The item to be returned should have the seal intact and should not be opened
  2. Order can be returned in case of wrong supply or damaged supply.
  3. Return pickup would be tried only once
  4. Return refund would be processed within 15 working days from the date of return request in the Source account
Appointment Cancellation
  1. Appointment can be cancelled 3 hours prior to the scheduled time
  2. A standard deduction to the tune 10% against banking and processing charges would be charged
  3. Refund amount will be returned in the source account within 15 working days
Appointment Rescheduling
  1. User can reschedule appointment 30 Minutes prior to the appointment
  2. In case doctor want to reschedule the appointment consent would be taken from patient for the new timings
